Association for Interdisciplinary Research in Values and Social Change

Membership Information

The Association for Interdisciplinary Research in Values and Social Change, a professional organization for pro-life researchers and educators, offers a forum for an exchange of information from a wide range of scientific and social science disciplines.

The Association’s objectives include creating a network of pro-life professionals, encouragement of research and academic publication, and development of textbooks and curricula for high schools and colleges.

Since its inception in 1986, the Assocation has focuesd heavily on research and publications on Post Abortion Syndrome, a pattern of psychological problems suffered by some women after abortion.

Issues of the News bulletin have included such topics as repeat abortion, adolescent abortion, abortion and relationships, and abortion and child abuse. Each year a Professional Paper Session is held before the National Right to Life Convention. Ground-breaking research has been presented at these sessions, including papers on the concept of Post Abortin Syndrome, the relationship between Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and negative after-effects of abortion, and increased risk of physical health problems following abortion.

Please join the Association by sending the membership form to the address below.
